How do I start?
Choose Train, then Word connections, Number recall, or Palace walk. Study the items at your own pace, hide them, and recall them in order. Use Learn for examples of each technique.
Where is my progress?
The mobile app saves progress on the device. Choose the correct profile in the top corner. Profiles on another device have separate histories; there is no automatic cloud sync and no ChatGPT login.
How do I transfer or restore it?
In Settings, choose Export backup, then save the JSON file somewhere you control. On the receiving device, use Import backup. Import replaces all profiles on that device; export its current data first if you want to keep it. Backups include every profile and may contain personal words or associations.
Can my family use it?
Use the profile chooser to create separate practice spaces on a shared device. People with access to that device can choose any profile. App store purchase-sharing options are controlled by your app store and do not synchronize progress.
How is recall scored?
Each answer is compared with the item in that position. Case and surrounding spaces are ignored. Blank answers stay in place, extra answers count against accuracy, and spaces in number answers are ignored. Leading zeros are part of the sequence. Different words and synonyms are not accepted automatically.
How do I delete data?
Delete a profile in the profile chooser, or erase every profile in Settings. Exported backup files and system backups must be removed separately. The last profile cannot be deleted individually; use the full reset to start fresh.
Purchases or refunds
Downloads, purchase sharing, billing, and refunds are handled by the store used to obtain the app. Contact that store for transaction support. Contact Synbiotique for app behavior and data questions.
